I had requested as a part of Service "A" that my tires be rotated as per the Perelli warranty requirements that the RunFlats be rotated every 5000mi. I made this request to the Service Agent twice while she was writing up the work order. Returning home with my paperwork I found that there was nothing on the work order about rotating the tires. It took awhile to check me in because they were busy, but once I was seen by the service writer, Brian, everything was professionally done and efficient.
